Application: Anti-TDP-43 antibody (C-terminal) produced in rabbit may be used to tag Tar DNA binding protein 43 (TDP-43, TARDP43, ALS10), a heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP), for detection and quantitation by Western blotting, immunoblotting or immunofluorescence and in tissue by immunohistochemical (IHC) techniques.

Immunogen: synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 355-369 of human TDP-43, conjugated to KLH. The corresponding sequence is highly conserved (86% identity) in mouse TDP-43.
