Anti-TACE Antibody is suitable for use in WB, ICC, IF. Expect a band approximately ~93.0 kDa on specific lysates. 80 to 130kDa bands can be detected, which may represent mature protein, precursor and glycosylated TACE. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Positive Control used HeLa Cells, Jurkat Cells, and Raji Cells.
