Anti-STAT3 antibody is useful for Western Blot and Dot Blot. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately ~88 kDa corresponding to STAT3 protein by Western Blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract.
