Anti-SQSTM1/p62 Antibody has been tested in ELISA, WB, IF, and IHC.  Expect a band at ~38, 47kDa in western blot using appropriate tissues and lysates.  Positive control used: U87-MG, HeLa, and Mouse liver lysates in western blot; Human skeletal muscle in Immunohistochemistry; and HeLa in Immunofluorescene.
