Biochem Physiol Actions: Phosphatidylglycerophosphate synthase 1 (PGS1) catalyzes the synthesis of phosphatidylglycerophosphate from CDP-diacylglycerol and sn-glycerol 3-phosphate during the biosynthesis of cardiolipin.
