Application: Western blot. The antibody reacts with a 40 kDa band in immunoblots of nuclear extracts or whole cell lysates from the Nkx2.1 positive cell lines MLE15, H441-4, H345 and rat type II pmeumocyte cells. Immunohistochemistry. The antibody can be used on formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissue. Heat induced epitope retrieval is recommended. Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
