This antiserum against Mouse TNFa has been tested for use in neutralizations, ELISA, radioimmunoassay, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry and immunoblotting. It recognizes the 17,000 MW TNFa. Reactivity in other immunoassays is unknown.
