Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against Anti-Rabbit Serum, Mouse Serum and Mouse IgG2a. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross-reactivity against other Mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.
