This Protein G purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA, immunohistochemistry and western blotting.  Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.  Approximately 1 µg of antibody is sufficient to detect 20 µg of acetylated chicken erythrocyte histones (sodium butyrate treated) by Western blotting using HRP Gt-a-Mouse IgG and chemiluminescent substrate. Antibody provided in PBS pH 7.4.
