Anti-Human IgM (mu heavy chain) Peroxidase is suitable for immunoassays where specificity to the immunoglobulin mu chain region is desired. Antibody has been tested by ELISA, western blot immunoblot, and immunohistochemistry. Optimal concentrations in immunoassays should be determined by the researcher.
