DR4 Antibody has been tested for use in ELISA, western blotting, ICC, and immunohistochemistry.  HeLa whole cell lysate can be used as a positive control for western blotting, and a band at approximately 57 kDa is expected. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.
