Biochem Physiol Actions: BCL7A (B-cell CLL/lymphoma 7A) is a serine-rich protein located to chromosome 12q24.31. It is a member of BCL7 family, which has highest expression in the nuclein of GC B cells of lymph node and tonsil. It functions as a tumor suppressor gene with a putative role in hematological malignancies.
