Anti-Bcl-2 Antibody has been tested for use in Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at approximately 26 kDa in Western Blots of specific cell lysates and tissues. Positive controls used A20 Cells, MCF-7 Cells, THP-1 Cells, and Human Kidney Tissue.
