Biochem Physiol Actions: ATG2B (autophagy related 2B) encodes a protein that is localized to the autophagic membrane and also to the surface of lipid droplets. It is involved in autophagosome formation, which takes place on the ER. It also regulates lipid droplet morphology and dispersion.
