Application: Anti-ACTR2 antibody produced in rabbit is suitable for western blotting at a concentration of 2.5mug/ml and for immunohistochemistry at a concentration of 4-8mug/ml.

Biochem Physiol Actions: ACTR2 gene encodes a protein called actin-related protein 2, which is an ATP-binding component of the Arp2/3 complex. The complex stimulates actin polymerization in lamellipodia as well as facilitates its protrusion.
