Positive control rat liver, mouse liver, and SMMC whole cell lysate used at 40µg load and 0.5µg/mL incubation in western blot and rat mouse, and human liver tissue for IHC-P. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately ~146.4 kDa corresponding to the appropriate cell lysate or extract.
