Mouse Anti-6X HIS EPITOPE TAG DyLight™800 Conjugated is optimally suited for monitoring expression of His-tagged fusion proteins. As such, anti-6X His/6X His can be used to identify fusion proteins that contain the 6X His epitope. The antibody recognizes the His tag fused either to the amino- or carboxy- termini of targeted proteins. This product is designed for immunofluorescence microscopy, fluorescence based plate assays (FLISA), fluorescent polarization, FRET and fluorescent western blotting. This product is also suitable for multiplex analysis, including multicolor imaging, utilizing various commercial platforms. The emission spectra for this DyLight™ conjugate match the principle output wavelengths of most common fluorescence instrumentation.
