A polyunsaturated keto acid formed by the oxidation of 5-HETE in neutrophils by a specific dehydrogenase; stimulates the increase in cytosolic calcium levels in neutrophils (EC50 = 2 nM) and stimulates the migration and degranulation of eosinophils via a specific GPCR.
