Borate buffered saline; 200mM Sodium Borate

Borate buffer is ideal for gel electrophoresis of DNA or RNA. Used as prefered solution in the equilibration solution in DMP (dimethyl pimelimidate) crosslinking reactions.

Prepared with 18.2megOhm water, 0.2 micron sterile filtered and autoclaved in final packaging.
