As part of Thomas Scientific’s efforts to improve your experience as a customer we are launching a lockbox to receive payments. By providing a centralized location for the receipt and processing of checks the lockbox will reduce the customer’s need to call to check on the payment of an invoice, as well as ensure the status of the customer’s account is accurately reflected.

WHAT IS CHANGING?

Thomas Scientific is changing the remittance address for payments made by check. As of January 1, 2021, the new address to send physical checks to will be:

WHY THE CHANGE?

Thomas Scientific seeks to improve the customer experience by reducing payment status and/or tracking inquiries. By gaining greater visibility over the payment of invoices, we will help ensure that we continue to serve our customers in a transparent and responsive manner.
Customers will also have the ability to switch to ACH/EFT for faster settlement and more timely updating of their account, should they desire.
