A potent antagonist of the dopamine receptors D2 and D3 (Ki = 2.8 and 3.2 nM, respectively, for the human receptors); also shown to be a potent antagonist of the serotonin receptors 5-HT2B and 5-HT7 (Ki = 13, 11.5 nM, respectively).
