Pullulan, edible plastic excellent in adhesivenss and film formability. Pullulan is a natural neutral polysaccharide produced from starch by cultivating a black yeast. Pullulan has been used in a study to assess bone tissue engineering. It has also been used in a study that investigated anti-fog applications.
