The smartSENSE® wireless stir bar is the only stir bar that can measure and communicate in real time the temperature of the liquid in which it is immersed as well as the actual spin speed of the stir bar – allowing for continuous control and monitoring of any formulation in a closed setup. Accuracy of the data is ensured by the embedded dual sensors and is continuously relayed to the smartSENSE® base station, which will adjust the integrated hotplate/stirrer to the specified temperature.
