The Tenax® TA is conditioned at 320 °C. PerkinElmer recommends a maximum temperature of 350 °C for this sample tube with a desorption temperature of 300 °C. The tubes approximate analyte volatility range is n-C7 to n-C26 and the typical analytes for the Tenax® TA are aromatics except benzene, apolar compounds (BP>100 °C) and less volatile compounds.
