The MultiDoc-It™ Imaging System offers simplicity, efficient functionality and affordability for gel imaging by combining a high resolution megapixel digital color camera* housed in a sturdy metal darkroom. For thin layer chromatography (TLC), order the MultiDoc-It TLC without a transilluminator. This version includes two UV lamps (254/365nm) for overhead ultraviolet illumination.
The camera is controlled by UVP’s capture software which loads on the user’s computer. See live preview of gels, plates and colonies on the monitor. Save images in multiple file formats. The easy to use software offers many image capture, image enhancement and reporting tools and supports compliance with 21 CFR Part 11.
The darkroom features overhead white light, a wide access door and UV safety switch plus a unique UV blocking viewport for viewing gels without opening the door.
