The Loop-the-Loop Apparatus consists of a 1200mm long graduated aluminum track with a loop of 150mm in diameter and two adjustable plastic supports. A catch basket is attached to the lower part of the track to capture the ball after use. Use this apparatus to investigate potential and kinetic energy, as well as the amount of energy needed for the ball to successfully complete the loop.
