The Lioness™ UT Microbiota Panel A, v2.0, is designed for qualitative singleplex in-vitro assessment of common urinary tract/wound microbiota using nucleic acid amplification. Following nucleic acid extraction, the targets are amplified by real-time PCR (qPCR) and detected via fluorescent dye (FAM, TxRed). The panel is provided in plate format with each probe/primer target in one well.
