Choice-Taq Blue™ DNA Polymerase is supplied with an inert blue dye that allows the end user a method to confirm addition of the enzyme to the reaction. The dye further allows the user to directly add a post-reaction sample directly into an agarose gel, eliminating the need for a separate gel-loading buffer.
