From Bovine Plasma Prepared as Cohn Fraction II γ-Globulin can be used as a co-precipitant in RIA methods employing polyethylene glycol or ammonium sulfate precipitate. Bovine γ-globulin has been used as an immunological challenge in studies of mechanisms of immunotolerance.
