The Oakton Digi-Sense type K thermocouple micro-probe helps to check food temperature. This bolt-on probe ensures temperature accuracy of up to ± 5.9 degree F (±3.3 degree C), or ± 0.4% of reading above 32 degree F (0 degree C); ± 4.0% of reading below 32 degree F (0 degree C).
