Steel safety funnels feature a wide (10 3/4”) opening for safe disposal of solvents, thinners and other hazardous flammable waste. These 10” high funnels are specially designed to reduce the chance of fire when dealing with hazardous waste. Self-close models have a fusible link that melts at 165°F. The cover then automatically shuts in case of a fire to extinguish the flames. All funnels comply with EPA and OSHA regulations and are FM approved.
Model 1233V96 has a fuse link activated steel funnel with a 32” brass flame arrester. Suitable for use with flammable liquids, its longer flame arrestor provides greater flow for heavier liquids.
Model 1233V97 has a fuse link activated steel funnel with a 6” brass flame arrester and is suitable for use with flammable liquids.
Model 1233V98 has a fuse link activated steel funnel with a 33” brass viscous tube. It is designed to handle viscous or nonflammable liquids.
