Crosstex offers Spore Coupons for use in monitoring Hydrogen Peroxide (VH2O2) sterilization processes. Spore Coupons are sterilized 316 steel coupons inoculated with spores at a specified population level with known resistance to vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilization processes. Individually packaged in Tyvek®/Mylar pouches, each pouch is 2.25” (57mm) x 2.75” (70mm).
Spore Coupons are packaged in shelf packs of 100 and labeled with a 12 month shelf-life. Store Spore Coupons under room temperature conditions (15 - 30º C). Each pack is accompanied by a certificate of analysis. Spore Coupons are certified for population, purity, and resistance (D-value, Z-value, survival and kill where applicable). Spore Coupons are compliant with ANSI/AAMI/ISO/ EN 11138 series of standards and USP where applicable.
