The Legato 180 & 185 have a finer lead screw and a different pulley ratio from the Legato 101/111. The Legato 180 & 185 offer multi-mode capability and 2 multi-step programs, each with 50 steps. The Legato 180 & 185 are the ideal pumps for flow chemistry and small volumen infusions or withdrawals of <10ml.
