Fast, unattended concentration of environmental samples

Vortexes up to 500 rpm. Heat warms samples from ambient to 70°C. The nitrogen blow down manifold is microprocessor controlled and directs the nitrogen flow into the selected sample tube(s). Timer pauses system and alerts user when predetermined endpoint has been achieved. The timer, vortex, heat and nitrogen can all be shut off on the control panel. The set point of the parameter may be raised or lowered.
System consists of an epoxy-coated steel cabinet, an epoxy-coated cast aluminum chamber, a rear accessible stainless steel drain port, a nitrogen port, rear 2” dia. exhaust port and a chemical resistant, 1/2” thick glass lid with safety switch. Eight-place Teflon®-coated aluminum block and six feet of 2” dia. exhaust ducting are included. Glassware and nitrogen are not included. Dimensions: 14 1/4” W x 22” D x 15” H.
