This stain is fast and sensitive in staining proteins in acrylimide gels. Its features include: a) completion within 30-60 minutes, b) unnecessary destaining, c) being highly sensitive, it detects as little as 30 ng of protein, d) yields sharper bands than those stained with conventional Coomassie Blue, and e) gels can be restained with Silver. Solution provided as 2x concentrate.
