General description: This Neutralization Buffer B is intended for use with Sigma's REDExtract-N-Amp(TM) Tissue PCR Kits. This buffer is used to neutralize the DNA extract and be combined with the REDExtract-N-Amp PCR Reaction Mix and PCR primers to amplify target DNA. The REDExtract-N-Amp Kits include a sufficient volume of Neutralization Buffer B for at least one neutralization per extraction. However, where additional amplifications are required, supplemental Neutralization Buffer may be needed.
Application: Suitable for neutralizing the DNA extract obtained with use of Sigma's REDExtract-N-Amp(TM) Tissue PCR Kits.
