Streptomycin Sulfate is used to bind to S12 protein and 30S ribosomal subunit, inhibits translocation, and elicits miscoding batericidal.
NOTE: Stock solution of antibiotics dissolved in water should be sterilized by filtration through a 0.22 micron filter.
Store at +4°C. Warm to room temperature before opening. Keep tightly sealed. Store Streptomycin solution in a light tight container at -20°C.
