Polysorbate 80, NF is a formulary grade nonionic surfactant and emulsifier, which is derived from polyexothylated sorbitan and oleic acid. Polysorbate 80, NF is a viscous, water-soluble yellow liquid, often used as an emulsifier in food and other products. Spectrum Chemical NF products, including all NF polysorbate products are manufactured, packaged and stored under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) per 21CFR part 211 in FDA registered and inspected facilities.
