PBS tablets are prepared from Ultra Pure Grade chemicals and are thoroughly blended to homogeneity. The tablets are designed to dissolve readily, usually within 3 minutes of stirring.
Technical Information:
- One tablet prepares 100mL of PBS
- Higher concentrations can be obtained by dissolving 2, 3 or 4 tablets per 100mL of water
- To sterilize the solution for cell culture, simply autoclave or sterile filter.
- Contents: Sodium Chloride 137mM; Phosphate Buffer 10mM; Potassium Chloride 2.7mM
- pH (at 25°C): 7.4 (+/- 0.1)
