Biochem Physiol Actions: Zinc finger protein 384 is a protein encoded by the ZNF384 gene in humans. It is referred as NP, CIZ, NMP4, CAGH1, ERDA2, TNRC1 and CAGH1A. It belongs to a novel family of nuclear matrix transcription factors that may be part of a general mechanical pathway that couples cell structure and function during extracellular matrix remodeling.
