Biochem Physiol Actions: WBSCR27 (Williams Beuren syndrome chromosome region 27) is a methyltransferase domain containing protein located on chromosome 7q11.23. Studies have reported the chromosomal location for WBSCR27 to be deleted in Williams-Beuren syndrome (WBS), a neurodevelopmental and multisystemic; however, the correlation between WBS syndrome and WBSCR27 gene has yet not been clearly reported.
