Evaluation Panels may be used to evaluate assay characteristics, confirm performance claims and ultimately ensure the assay is fit for purpose. The Hepatitis Meningitis / Encephalitis Panel has been designed with known perfromance on the BioFire FilmArray platform and is intended to be used with BioFire's verification pooling scheme for the FilmArray ME assay, but may also be used with other molecular diagnostic platforms.
