DEPC(Diethylpyrocarbonate)-treated deionized water for RNase-free applications. DEPC inactivates RNase enzymes in water by covalent modifications of the histidine residues. Water, DEPC-Treated is used for the reconstitution of lyophilized products such as oligomers, proteins, and siRNA. Filtered and autoclaved to provide a ready-to-use reagent.
