The kit includes marking dyes; freezing medium; bleaching reagents; both Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) and Toluidine Blue (T-blue) stains; and mounting medium. The Kit will take the specimen from dye marking, cryo-embedding, melanin bleaching, staining and mounting medium to a finished slide which can be viewed under the microscope within minutes.
