Pluronic® F-68 Polyol is a non-ionic detergent that protects cells from hydrodynamic damage. It can be also used for in vitro isolation of lymphocytes from diluted whole blood.
Pluronic F-68® is a difunctional block copolymer surfactant terminating in primary hydroxyl groups. A nonionic surfactant that is 100% active and relatively non-toxic.
