XpressDNA Stool kit uses our patented magnetic nanoparticles-based technology for DNA extraction from stool sample giving a purified DNA as a final product. Our optimized protocol effectively removes complex polysaccharides, bile salts and other contaminants for stool DNA isolation. This new method effectively eliminates PCR inhibitors leaving only high quality genomic DNA. This kit gives an average yield of 260.8ng per µl of sample. The highly efficient inhibitor removal technology makes this the prime kit for metagenomics research projects such as downstream PCR, sequencing, NGS etc.
