XpressDNA Blood Kit provides a magnetic nanoparticle based DNA extraction method for high molecular weight genomic DNA (size 50Kb – 150 Kb) purification from blood. Yield is 2 – 3X higher than competitors with purity above 1.7 and ready for downstream applications including PCR, restriction digestion, genotyping and NGS analysis such as de novo sequencing. High molecular weight DNA can be extracted from blood clot, cord blood, PBMCs, and hemolyzed blood samples. Compatible with blood stored in any type of anticoagulants (EDTA, Citrate, Fluoride, Heparin).
