Our expertise in the manufacturing and characterization of polymers means we can offer a custom manufacturing service, all with a high level of quality and batch-to-batch reproducibility. These carboxy-modified particles are also manufactured by the co- polymerization of styrene and a carboxylic acid, providing a high surface density of carboxyl groups. They are suitable for applications where covalent immobilization of ligands is necessary, and the coupling is achieved using carbodiimide activation or other surface modification chemistries.
