Agilent APTS (formerly ProZyme) labeled glycan standards are commonly used for qualitative N-glycan identification or as migration standards for capillary electrophoresis with laser-induced fluorescence (CE/LIF). CE offers a powerful technique for glycan analysis. Pre-labeled standards ensure that qualitative identification of N-glycans can be perfomed quickly and accurately. AdvanceBio APTS a(2, 6) Sialylated triantennary N-glycan library (formerly ProZyme). Library consists of triantennary oligosaccharides containing a(2, 6) linked sialic acid. The reducing termini are derivatized with the fluorescent dye, 8-aminopyrene-1, 3, 6-trisulfonate (APTS), for separation by capillary electrophoresis (CE).
