Agilent 2-AB (formerly ProZyme) labeled N-glycan standards and libraries are commonly used as qualitative standards for LC/FLD and LC/MS. 2-AB standards come pre-labeled with 2-AB, ready to reconstitute and inject. The sialic acid linkage of the sialylated glycans within the 2-AB library are a(2, 6) rather than the a(2, 3) linkage seen in e.g. CHO glycoproteins. AdvanceBio 2-AB a(2, 3) Sialylated tetraantennary N-glycan library (formerly ProZyme). Library consists of tetraantennary oligosaccharides containing a(2, 3) linked sialic acid. The reducing termini are derivatized with the fluorescent dye, 2-aminobenzamide (2-AB).
